Privacy notice

Last updated 2 October 2026

This notice covers this website: the page at ubicomply.ai and its demo form. It explains what we collect when you visit, why, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it.

Who we are

UbiComply runs this website. Write to us at ubicomply.ai/contact-us (opens in a new tab) about anything in this notice.

What we collect when you visit

  • Your IP address, and the country, region and city it suggests, looked up on our own server in a local IP geolocation database (DB-IP).
  • Your browser, operating system and type of device, read from the user agent your browser sends.
  • Your preferred language, your time zone, and the size of your screen and browser window.
  • The page you arrived on, the site that sent you (the referrer), any campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and advertising click ids (gclid, fbclid, msclkid).
  • What you do on the page: which sections you view and for how long, how far you scroll, which demo buttons, plan cards and FAQ questions you click, and whether you were shown the cookie banner and what you chose.
  • Whether your browser sends Global Privacy Control.

What we collect from the demo form

  • While you fill it in, before you send it: your name, work email, company, the frameworks you choose, your message, the plan you picked (if any), which fields you completed and whether you ticked the consent box. The form says so above its first field.
  • When you send it: your request and its reference, linked to your visit.
  • Never the hidden anti-spam field, and nothing the form does not ask for.

Why we collect it

To reply to demo requests, including requests you start but do not finish, and to understand which parts of the page interest visitors so we can improve it. When you send the form, your request also goes to the tool our team uses to reply.

Cookies

  • lp_consent: remembers whether you accepted or declined the cookie banner, so we do not ask again. Strictly necessary, set only when you choose, and kept for 180 days.
  • lp_visitor: a random identifier that tells us when you come back. Set only once you accept the banner, or where your region needs no consent for it, and never when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Kept for 90 days. Declining removes it, whether you decline in the banner or later under “Cookie settings” at the foot of the home page.
  • Until then, your visit is held together by a random key kept in the page’s memory only, which ends when you leave. The page stores nothing in local storage or session storage.

No third-party trackers

Everything above is first-party: the page loads no third-party scripts or trackers, and your browser sends what it collects only to our own website.

How long we keep it

  • Visits, page activity and unfinished form entries: 90 days from your last activity, then deleted.
  • Demo requests you send: 12 months, together with the visit they belong to, then deleted.

Your choices

You can decline the cookie banner, change or withdraw your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” at the foot of the home page, turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser, or clear your cookies. To see or delete what we hold about you, write to us at ubicomply.ai/contact-us (opens in a new tab) with the email address you used or your request reference, and we will delete your visit and form data.
